Bill has been in real estate since 1972 when while studying Anthropology at the University of Calgary, he purchased a 2 bedroom home in Bankview for $11,800. He sold this home two years later for $32,500. This single event confirmed to Bill real estate was a great investment.

 

Bill went on to continue investing in real estate and pursued a career in radio and television in Calgary. He moved to Vancouver in 1979 to become the sales manager at CFOX radio with his new bride Yvonne. They had five children since then and were foster parents to five more.

 

Bill loves the real estate industry and is a member of the medallion club (Top 5 %) with the Vancouver Real Estate Board having sold over $9,500,000 of real estate in 2006.

 

Bill’s recreational time is spent doing research and golfing. He is also an avid boater.

 

Bill believes you cannot serve two gods thusly he will not represent the seller and the buyer. His choice is to work for the buyer to accommodate the buyers needs with a patient ear.
