Growing up in Richmond, Edison has amassed extensive knowledge and is well-versed in Richmond's neighborhoods and their intricacies. Edison attended the University of British Columbia and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Marketing and Management Information Systems. After graduation, it wasn't long before he went into the family business of real estate. About Lee Bryant
Lee was born and raised in Langley, British Columbia. As a young child, Lee realized that sports were his passion, and decided to dedicate his goals toward athletics. After graduating high school, he was offered a full ride golf scholarship to Texas. He spent two years playing golf, studying business and adjusting to life away from home.


Lee came back to BC to attend the University of British Columbia; this time studying Human Kinetics. After leaving University, he decided to embark on a sale's career that quickly transpired into more than he expected. He was promoted quickly through the ranks in a Global Communications Company where he realized that business and sales exploited his strengths. After spending years in school, it was great for him to finally have some money to spend! It was then that he became excited about investing in real estate. He became passionate about learning the process of buying and selling real estate in different markets. Through this obsession/personal interest, Lee became an investment specialist in real estate.
